Professional Level – PHRI 40HRs
The Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi), named as Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP) before 2016, is designed for the HR professional whose daily work includes HR operations (such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, and administration). The PHRi exam focuses on technical and operational aspects of HR practices, regardless of geographic region. The PHRi is similar to the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), but without the focus on US employment laws. A typical PHRi candidate as having one-to-four years of experience at the generalist level and typically implements HR programs rather than creates them.
